Conditions for Starting and Exercising Healthcare Services - Registration

In Hungary, healthcare services shall only be provided in the possession of an operator’s license. The healthcare administration (the National Public Health Center, NNK) shall only issue the license if the petitioner fulfills the statutory requirements relevant to the specific service (“de minimis requirements”) including having liability insurance.
